You might be feeling...
Mann ki baat
what your heart might be holding right now
Agar yeh aapko apni baat lagti hai — if any of this sounds like you — you've come to the right place.
A little about me
I'm Nisha. And I'm truly glad you're here.
I know what it feels like to sit with something too heavy to say out loud — and not know where to begin. For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of law and psychology, which means I understand not just what you’re feeling, but the world you’re navigating as you feel it. Whether it’s a difficult family situation, the weight of a relationship, a grief you can’t name, or simply the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together — I am here. Not just as a professional. As someone who genuinely cares about what happens to you.

Ways we can work together
Every journey is different. Here are the ways I can walk alongside you.
Individual Therapy
This helps when:
You need a safe, private space to untangle your thoughts — without being judged, rushed, or told how to feel.
Description:
One-on-one sessions built entirely around you. Your pace. Your story. Your healing. Together, we create a space where nothing is too small to matter and nothing is too big to hold.
Art Therapy
This helps when:
Words feel like too much — or not enough — to describe what you're going through right now.
Description:
Sometimes the deepest feelings don't arrive in sentences. Through gentle creative expression, we find a different language for what lives beneath the surface. No artistic skill needed — just a willingness to begin.
Relationship & Emotional Counselling
This helps when:
A relationship — with a partner, a parent, a child, or even yourself — is quietly breaking your heart.
Description:
This is a space to understand what's happening beneath the conflict, the distance, or the hurt. Together, we explore patterns, rebuild trust, and find a way forward — whether that means repairing, adjusting, or simply making peace.
Online / Video Sessions
This helps when:
You want support, but stepping into an unfamiliar space feels like too much right now.
Description:
Healing doesn't require you to go anywhere you're not comfortable. Our online sessions are just as personal, just as private, and just as caring — from wherever you feel most at ease.
Your first step, made simple
No complicated process. No intimidating forms. Just a gentle beginning.
1
Choose a time
Pick any slot that fits your day. No rushing, no pressure. This is yours to take at your own pace.
2
A free first conversation
We talk — gently, openly — about what brought you here. Nothing formal. Nothing clinical. Just two people beginning to understand each other.
3
A path made for you
Together, we decide what your sessions will look like — the approach, the pace, the focus. Everything shaped around your needs, no one else's.
4
Heal, in your own time
Ongoing sessions. Ongoing support. For as long as you need, and at whatever pace feels right for you.
Agar yeh aapko apni baat lagti hai — if any of this sounds like you — you've come to the right place.
What patients say
Words from the people I've had the honour of walking with
R.S.
What I didn't expect was that she would understand not just my emotions, but the actual situation I was in — the family pressure, the legal complexity, all of it. She helped me see things clearly without telling me what to do. That made all the difference.
A.K.
I was very hesitant about therapy. In our family, we don't talk about these things. But Nisha made me feel so safe — like talking to a very wise, very kind elder. I'm glad I took that first step. I only wish I had done it sooner.
P.M.
I came to Nisha not knowing how to explain what I was feeling — I just knew I couldn't keep going the way I was. She didn't rush me, didn't label me, didn't make me feel broken. For the first time in years, I felt like someone truly understood. Three months later, I feel like myself again.

Questions You Might Have
It's natural to feel unsure. Here are a few things people often wonder before they reach out.
Will anyone find out I'm seeing a therapist?
Absolutely not. Everything that happens between us — every word, every session, every detail — stays completely private. I follow strict professional ethics, and your confidentiality is something I take very personally. You have my word.
I've never done this before. What actually happens in a session?
Nothing formal, nothing intimidating. You talk. I listen — really listen. There are no tests, no right answers, no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. The first session is simply a gentle conversation about who you are, what’s on your mind and what’s been weighing on you. That’s all.
Is therapy really for me, or only for people with serious problems?
If something is weighing on you — if life feels harder than it should, if a relationship is hurting, if you’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix — then yes, this is absolutely for you. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is reach out before things get harder.
What if I start crying or get too emotional?
Please do. This is exactly the space for that. There is no judgment here, no awkwardness, no need to hold anything back. Emotions are not a sign of weakness — they are a sign that something matters. And I am here to hold space for all of it.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed answer, because every person is different and every journey is their own. Some people find clarity in just a few sessions. Others prefer the steadiness of ongoing support. We decide this together, gently, based on what feels right for you — with no pressure to continue, and no pressure to stop.
Can I do this from home, online?
Yes, absolutely. Video and audio sessions are available and just as personal as an in-person meeting. Many people actually find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own space. All you need is a quiet corner and a willingness to begin.
